Due to the size and weight of this item, it will be shipped via freight, on a pallet. This means the delivery driver will unload your pallet using a pallet jack, and will leave the pallet outside your home, usually on the driveway or sidewalk. We take extra caution to make sure your appliance is well-packaged and protected during shipment.
You may ask the driver to leave the pallet in a specific location in front of the home, as long as it is easily accessed using a pallet jack. Once your shipment has been delivered, it is up to you to move your item indoors or to the permanent spot where it will reside.
