We just received this Miele MasterCool French door panel-ready unit, which is the top of the line Miele model. The unit is a brand new, never used unit, but received some minor damage during delivery. This out of box unit still has the factory packaging inside. The top inside corner of the right door has a small cosmetic crack in the plastic which is nothing and we touched up with some silicone. You can barely notice it, see photos. The top/back outside of the cabinet has a cosmetic dent as shown in the photos but once installed, no one will see it. Also, the glass piece which covers the lower refrig bin is missing, but this piece is not needed and does nothing except cover the top the the lower bin. The glass piece is 0 and not worth buying, but if you want it for some reason, it is avail from Miele. This unit retails for over ,000, if you can get it, so this is a pretty good deal. We ONLY specialize in Sub-Zero models and have no time to fool with this Miele unit so on EBay it goes. Unit was completely tested and functions as new.

Since this freight requires a liftgate truck with minimum door opening of 92" there are various residential areas throughout the USA we cannot deliver to because not all freight carriers we contract with have those trucks available for residential delivery. Also, some areas have various access problems for these trucks, such as narrow roads and low hanging power lines or trees. If you fail to email us your address prior to buying the item, we may have to cancel the order if there is a potential problem with your delivery address or location.
We will package, crate, and ship, using our contracted trucking carrier. Sorry but after 20 years of not charging for wood crating, we now have to charge a fee to crate. That is because lumber prices have tripled in the last few months.
