Due to the size and weight of this item, it will be shipped via freight, on a pallet. This means the delivery driver will unload your pallet using a pallet jack, and will leave the pallet outside your home, usually on the driveway or sidewalk. We take extra caution to make sure your appliance is well-packaged and protected during shipment.
You may ask the driver to leave the pallet in a specific location in front of the home, as long as it is easily accessed using a pallet jack. Once your shipment has been delivered, it is up to you to move your item indoors or to the permanent spot where it will reside. If your neighborhood or house can not be easily accessed by a delivery truck, usually an 18-wheeler, special arrangements must be made to pick up from the freight terminal.

Damages:
Shipping damage is very rare but, unfortunately, it sometimes happens. However, if procedures are followed we will be able to resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily. It is of the utmost importance that any damages are reported to us as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours from receipt of packages, because no damage claims will be accepted by shipping companies after that time period. If you intend to store an item for later use, you should unpack it and examine for possible hidden damage. Please report any damage by email. Customer accepts complete responsibility for damage to products or property unless reported at time of the original delivery or service, while the delivery or service representative is still at the delivery location. Unacceptable items may be refused (must be noted "Refused" on drivers receipt) and returned. Any damaged item must be noted ("Damage" on drivers receipt) at time of delivery.
Most orders WILL require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to fully inspect the contents of your packages BEFORE signing for the order, even if the packaging seems in good condition. There may be hidden damages to the contents. Be sure to advise your family members or agent who may accept delivery on your behalf to do the same. If you do not have time to inspect your order upon delivery, or if you suspect possible damage, write "Un-inspected, possible damage" above or near your signature.
Also, be aware that, when you sign for a package, you are signing a document transferring ownership to you; that states you have inspected the shipment and that it is in undamaged condition.
