How to receive your freight:
You must be present to sign proof of delivery.  You can not authorize freight to be left without you being present.
Don’t sign the delivery receipt until you’ve inspected your shipment. By signing the delivery receipt without exception you are acknowledging your shipment has been delivered in the expected condition. Make note of any external damage to the packaging on the Proof of delivery/ Bill of Lading.   Within 24 hour, but as soon as possible inspect the interior for possible concealed damage due to shipping.  If there is any it must be reported to freight company within 2 business days.   Drivers can’t leave until the Bill Of Lading is signed. When you've determined that the condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable and/or noted any damage, you can then sign the delivery receipt.
