From the old Selmer building in downtown Elkhart (north on the River on Main Street). Approximately 10 years ago, new owners bought the abanf bed building and contents and had a parking lot sale. These were in a file cabinet that was purchased. There is age, water damage to them. Some are pretty decent though. Several 8x11; 4-5 large fold outs. Mostly dating from mid-90s into the 2000s.
