The Virginia features 2 floors of unobstructed space without interior walls or supports required. This 2 story building can be used as a workshop or for lots of storage or as a garage. The carriage style doors open outward providing an 8 ft. H x 7 ft. W opening. During construction doors can be positioned to the left or right of center on the 16 ft. gable end. Featuring 8 ft. 1 in. High side walls on the lower level can be insulated if desired. The loft area offers 7 ft. 1 in. of headroom at center with plenty of room for storage right up to the outside walls. The 'L' shaped stair can be positioned on either the right or left side of the wall opposite the double doors. The Virginia must be constructed on a floor, not included, appropriate to your needs. A cement slab, basement, post and beam wood floor, etc. are common foundation choices. Check with your local permit authority to see if a permit is required before placing your order. Building can be shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Windows and Floor are not included. Shingles purchased by homeowner. Paint not included.
